I sucummed to a 14-2 at the Reno, Nv. gunshow this last weekend. A walk-by had a near mint revolver that I decided needed to move to Oregon. What is the value of these? It is excellent plus condition, barley a start of wheel line, matching grips, diamond magnas, six inch barrel, TT & TH, without anything else. The sn: K641xxx. What is a reseasonable value? I gave $700, without any research. I had sold a few M10's for $600 recentley, so thought in the ball park for a much better condition revolver.

As you describe the gun it is well worth what you paid for it in today's market. Barely, barley is a cereal grain.

I have a 14-3 I paid $459 for in 2017. It shipped 9/1969






and a 14-3 I paid $880 for in 2023. It shipped 1/1971.

I'm always behind on S&W pricing, but $700 seems like a great price in the condition you describe.

I purchased a 14-1 about 10 yrs. in about the same condition as the one you describe ...Target Hammer , Target Trigger and a beautiful pair of original Target Grips along with the original serial numbered box and paperwork for slightly less than $700 OTD. I'm not sure what they go for today but I thought I did okay then so I'd say you paid a pretty fair price for yours.
