M19-3 Manufacture date

Hello all!

I am looking to find the Manufacture date on my blued 4" Mod.19-3, serial # 2K165xx.

It has the box, paper & screwdriver and sports Combat Grips with the S&W inserts at the top.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

According to the catalog it was born in 1970.
