M29 Grip Panels

Bought a Model 29-5 Classic, it came with the goodyears and a wood square butt grip. I would like to get a set of panels that would show off the frame strap. But I'm afraid they would be to thin for a good grip. Anyone have some input? It has a round butt frame.

Round-butt stocks are available from many sources. Just buy ones that don't cover the grip frame. Original S&W round-butt N-frame combat stocks are a good example however they are a tad pricey these days.
