M41 jamming problem

I have a 1979 M41 that is having problems ejecting spent shells. The fired shell hangs up behind the chamber and the slide does not come back enough to reset the trigger making it hard to clear. I remover the bolt assembly, extractor, cleaned all very well and reassembled. Also saw live shells didn't fall into or out the chamber. Cleaned and that seems to be OK now, but the ejection problem persists.

I have only had this pistol a short time. Very accurate. The problem happened all of a sudden with all magazines. All were working fine last time at the range. I am using CCI SV ammo.
