Just bought a set of m41 stocks on line. Suppose to be Herret but I don’t think so. I think they might be S&W factories from a late model pistol. They are laminated wood and a serial number is stamped in left panel which would be number of late pistol. Is this possible or was number put there by a previous owner? I don’t have a late 41 to compare. If the sn wasn’t in them I would guess they are Altamount, not Herret.
