Machine work help needed Please

I have some machine work that needs to be done,
can someone help or recomend a machinist to help me.

Sizer die outside diameter is .750" and needs to be reduced to .686" outside diameter.

have 3 that need to be done to fit my sizer / Lubricator ( SAECO )

Looks to be two different thread pitches??? Is that something you overlooked. How hard is the material(file test)

Looks like your sizer's are 2 different thread sizes also so the won't fit your sizer after they are turned down. I will pm you a link to a machinist on another site that makes saeco sizer and top punches that are blanks.

The thread size doesn't matter ( the stock SAECO uses a knurled nut 11/6 fine thread and I have 3 nuts size 5/8 18 that will hold the die in place ) only need the outside diameter turned to fit in the sizer reduced from .750" to .686"
Thanks for the responses, been so frustrated I have been tempted to buy a 7x14 Harbor freight lathe to fix my problem although $700.00 plus does seem like over kill to fix my problem

If they are hard, may not be a simple as you think. If not, buy the lathe, they come in handy for lots of projects.

Look for a centerless grinding or tool sharpening company

If you have a vocational school near you give them a call, same with a college that teaches machining.

They are always looking for real world projects to do/tech/learn

I finished the task that Nelson(OLMDDAT71) wanted done on the lube dies and sent them back. Called to see if they arrived ok and spoke to his son, who informed Me that his father had Passed on the 28 of January. He was 73.
