I've been using Magguts +2 with my Shield 9 for a while and love them. I carry the 7/9 round mag with the 8/10 as a back up. I've never had an issue and they're very comfortable to shoot. I've never noticed an issue with them hurting the palm of my hand. Just my thoughts. Good luck to ya.

Been using the Magguts +2 in my Shield with the 7 round mag. Many rounds through it with no problems. I also have a Magguts +1 kit that works equally well. The Magguts +2 only adds a ¼ inch or so to the length. The +1 does not add any length to the mag.

Maggots +2 in my Shield PC 9mm and a Hyve Technologies on an 8 rounder for a total of 10 which gives me 20 rounds on my person. If I need the second mag my tactics suck and so does my accuracy but I don’t leave home without one.
