Magazine question

Does anyone know if the mags for a Browning Hi Power will work in a Llama Omni 9mm?

I doubt many would ever have tried doing that. Maybe someone will surprise me.

I know the .45 Llama Omni used .45 Colt Government Model magazines (I had a .45 Omni briefly) but I don't remember anything in the advertizing that said the 9mm model's magazines were interchangeable with Hi-Power magazines. I don't remember ever seeing a 9mm Omni; scarce pistol!

I picked one up today and I'd like to have a second mag. Thanks for the replies. The reason I thought of the Hi Power mags, is the Omni mag looks similar and also is 13 rounds.

Check on eBay. Strange things often show up there.

Is the 9mm Omni the one that uses the steeply necked down magazine box construction?
If it is I doubt the BHP mag will work.

Perhaps a Browning BDM 9mm pistol mag, they have more of that style of construction, but I really am just guessing.


I'd just do some searching on the net.
