I have one stock 8 round mag and will shortly (just ordered) two 7 round mags for my shield in 9mm.
I'm considering the +1 in the stock 8 and the +2 for BOTH of the
Stock 7 round mags. Thus all of my mags would be 9 rounds.
For me the +2 in the 7 round I think adds about 1/4 inch in grip. This I think will fit my hand almost perfectly. As the stock 7 round mag seems a bit short but the stock 8 round feels great but is longer than it needs to be.
I will probably hold off on the stock 8 round conversion to last. I may decide to just sell it and buy another 7 round and the +2 conversion.
This is my carry gun, so I have to be absolutely positive about the reliability. PERIOD.
