Magnifier with swing mount?

Hi guys,
This is my first post. I own an mp15-22 with an aimpoint pro ontop. Last weekend at the range i found out i could use a magnifier y was looking around for alternatives. I would like to stay with aimpoint but i would rather prefer the swing mount that other brands like vortex offer. Anyone has tried such type of mounts and other brands of magnifiers?

Primary Arms for both...highly rated, but you may have to wait until mid-december, most items out of stock at the moment...

Yes you are right. Just looked at their webpage.. Why are those american defense Mounts that expensive!!

Sightmark includes a swing away mount on all their magnifiers, 3x, 5x, and 7x.

Sadle Primary Arms isnt an option for me as they dont export, stupid ITAR law

Update: ok ebay.. Hong kong.... Its a good bet.. Its cheap compared to the original Aimpoint... I'll better wait for your review...

Photoracer: are those magnifier compatible with aimpoint? 7x for a 22lr? Interesting....

Yeah i know what you mean.

I’ve had contrastring results from China stuff, some where perfect, others not so much.
I’m gonna laugh my *** off on the range when I flip it open and the whole magnifier just flies away.

Just got a reply it’s shipped, probally will take about 2 weeks.

See also LaRue Tactical for swing-away magnifier mount --- if my QD flashlight mount is typical of LaRue stuff, it warrants the expense, seemingly obscene, until right up to and beyond the point that inferior stuff would have failed....

Yes, I have both...I have no problem with the eye relief. I haven't tried any other magnifiers, so I can't comment on them, but the Primary Arms stuff is first rate....

Why mount did you buy for the PA magnifier? Is it the LER magnifier?
