So I already have an MOE on one of my rifles and am looking at a Magpul stock for a different one. Not wanting the same exact thing, I started liking the ACS-L. But then the second-guessing came in to play and now I'm leaning towards a CTR (I know...not much different from the MOE.)

What's everyone running? Any specific input on the ACS-L?

JaPes beat me to it with the mission first minimalist stock. i am in the process of building my first AR and ordered that stock. I have not received it yet, but that is what i went with.

i have the moe on my 15-22 and was going to go with the same on the build to keep familiarity, but decided to go with this because it was different.

I can't, for the life of me, remember where I got it. But, I found it on sale for $65. I like the cheek riser a lot. I have high cheek bones and the riser makes for very fast sight acquisition when using an optic.

Had magpul on all my guns.

All replaced in a matter of days once I bought one of these....

I have both a CTR and an ACS-L on both of my carbines. I am very happy with both of them. They both have the locking mechanism that keeps the stock from wobbling on the buffer tube. Some good pricing on both out there right now.

I like the CTR, I have that on mine along with the SL hand guard, BAD lever rear MOE sight MOE+ grip MOE vertical hand guard grip. I like Magpul products and they are at the right price point and are of great quality

The b5 sopmod bravo is my stock of choice.

The magpul sl looks pretty nice also.

I started with the MOE on other ARs, but went with the CTR on my Sport. I'm very happy with it to say the least.

After looking around at other companies and the other Magpul options, I'm leaning towards the STR. I'm not completely sure I'll like the width of the stock, but I'm thinking it'll be the way to go for this build.
