Magpul discount...

First time posting here waiting on my 15-22 to come in. Already have JTC Red/Green dot site and waiting on my Magpul mil-spec butt stock and extra mags to come in.

Just thought i'd let you guys know that Element Arms is having a 20% discount right now till Monday on all Magpul parts. I'm not affiliated with them at all just wanted to share what i found.

I checked the site out and was surprised to learn they are about 20 miles away from my house.

I had some issues with their checkout. The site kept wanting to send my stuff to Beverly Hills, CA no matter how many times I put my correct city, state and zip in the apprropriate spots.. It also wanted to charge me $12.06 to send a Magpul rear BUIS to my place via UPS. I don't think so.

I've been wanting to order some DPMS stuff, I'm about 40 mi from the factory. Element had close to 200 items listed but none in stock.

I may stop by the mortar and brick store, but I'll wait on ordering from the website.

I stopped in at Element Arms brick and mortar store this morning. Having the store so close is gonna cost me a bundle in the end.

Although the Magpul stuff is no longer on sale, they have a good inventory. Prices are very good. A friend was with me and we both dumped a chunk of change into their register.

We were headed to the range near St Cloud MN. The range is right next to DPMS. One of the items I wanted was DPMS's Levang Linear Compensator. Although Element Arms website said they didn't have one, they did. The even installed it on my 15-22 right there. Works great. Almost completely reduced the sound of the .22 at my ears because it directs all the sound down range. Pretty much can hunt squirrels without ear protection.

The owner of the store said their website is still under development. If you are looking for something, it's best to give them a call.
