the mags I have for my 4566 has 8 rounds can you buy mags for that gun that has more rounds in it...

Not that I've ever heard of. There were higher capacity prototypes for the 10mm, but I believe the third gen .45s were always 8 rounds.

Although I don't think very highly of them, I do have some 10rd ProMags that have not givien me any problems in the 745/4500 guns. I guess it's just harder to screw up a single stack mag.
