Gonna try to buy a 686-4 6' .357 Mag Target Champion on auction online.
BSY37** is the number on the revolver.
What year is this beautiful gun made?
Dont have the books to check.
Need some help.

It may be late 1994 but early 1995 is also possible. Sounds to be one of the Europe-only export models that make Americans jealous . Hope this is helpful.
