Manufacture date of a Model 19?

S/N is 70K97XX. It's P&R, so it's definitely a -4 or earlier, and has a nickel finish, but beyond that I know nothing. [Police confiscation sale, so no ownership history trail, but in surprisingly good shape inside and out.] Thanks for any help, Z

70Kxxxx serial numbers were issued in 1981, so this would be right near the end of the -4 run.

And, BTW, the Standard Catalog generalizes when it gets to the xxKxxxx numbers, so it is not a very reliable guide in that range.
