Marks on primer

Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question, but I noticed these red marks on and around the primer on nearly every round. Someone suggested sealant but isn't that some sloppy work for a top name ammo brand. Never seen these marks before on any brand. Is this an issue?

Yes, it's a primer sealant. No, it's not an issue.

Time is money...............

If you want custom,hand painted brass, you will have to put in for a special order........... and pay a little more per box.

I am sure they might do it,for the right price.
