Me, Let's see You!

To all of you who have served,
I'm honored to be in your company.

OK, No one laughs!

Just after the worst snow storm in recent history in our area. 36" on the flat. I was 21 and the bride was only 20. About a year and a half out of the Corps. I used to be pretty good looking, if I do say so myself! ;)

Over 31 years later, same woman, and a lot more of me! ;) (Not so good looking today though! ;) )

Rags24, the only hair comments you'll get from me is the fact that you still have it 29 years after the other picture. I'm only 34 and have WAAAAAYYYYY less hair than you do now.

I'm on the left in the green shirt. That photo is a post pheasant hunt here in NE. At the time of that photo the temp was about -7 degrees with zero wind and and, as you can see, not a cloud in the sky. It was a beautiful day for a pheasant hunt.

Last Friday at the range, with my department's M1928AC. And yes, it's every bit as much fun as you think ;)

From an antelope hunt 2 years ago, hopefully I'll get to repeat this year, draw results come out the end of Aug!

Good thread...

I gotta say Dixie, you are one determined woman. Really, really nice to have that kind of fortitude and dedication.
I admire that, thought you should know.

Wish that I hadda camera so I can play this game too though!

Dixie,

congrats on you weight loss. I know how difficult that can be. But, I gotta tell ya, you are a pretty girl, heavy or not.

Mug shot!

I'm usually smiling. This was for a passport so, I figured I needed to look serious!

Great to put some faces with the names. What a gang of fine folks we have here.

Well I don't know where you are but that was near Globe.

From what I've seen in the past ten years of hunting them in AZ there is no shortage of them.

Dennis, that's how it's done in the south. There's a father with a shotgun just to the left out of picture. :D

You're getting me into trouble with Smith Crazy

You're getting me into trouble with Smith Crazy for that comment. They both just look to serious for the occasion. Almost like what have we done?

Couple of my favorite pictures.

First one I use as my avatar. That's me with my 25mm Puteaux anti-tank cannon at one of our local machine gun shoots.

Second is me doing a demonstration firing of the Gustav 20mm recoiless anti-tank rifle at a shoot in Colorado.
