Med or High Scope Rings for S&W 15-22?

I got the Simmons Truplex .22 Mag Riflescope (3-9X32, Matte) and it came with rings but they don't fit so I went to local gun store and bought the low version and they are too low for the scope to clear the MOE folding sights. I was looking at the UTG Max Strength LE Grade Quick Detach Picatinny Scope Rings (2 Piece, 1-Inch Diam, 4-Screw Med Profile) on amazon but wondering if I need the "high" ones?! Please help before I order!

I have high scope mount rings on my 15's and they are not high enough to use the BUIS. I am adding a 1 inch riser for another reason and will tell you if it works tomorrow (risers are in the mail) when I get them in if you want to wait.

I have a BSA Sweet 22 3-9x40 and bought the UTG Med quick release rings. But they would not clear my MBUS either and I had to really push my check down to see good. So I got a UTG 1/2" riser and the MBUS fit under the scope and has a good feel when shooting with the scope, not too high or low. Also from what I found that the difference from low to medium and medium to high is only 5mm. A 32 and 40 have the same centerpoint so I think this setup would work good for you to. I have pictures under the optics thread if interested, I cannot post them now.
