Nah, it’s all the hot air exhausted from air conditioning condensing units in the US that gets caught in the jet stream and gets deposited across the pond, mainly in France.

Makes sense to me. It's something to weigh drugs on.

Always hear about dealers being caught with a kilo of heroin or 5 kilos of cocaine. They obviously need something to measure their kilos on. A kilo meter.
