Don't know how you feel about pork grilled in hickory smoke.

:D Im like "Mikey" and will eat most anything cept broccoli, cauliflower, beets and mushrooms. Maybe a few other things too; like fish.:p Pork's good--I havent had any type of it since the last strip of bacon I had on a cheeseburger.

I'll let you know when it gets here.

Ill let you know when I get paid. Not sure how big a box ill need? I found something to send-was going to get it. but figgered you'd like the other thing I found-much better and more practicable. :D

Buddy, I'll throw out a straight line

I did some grilling over the Memorial Day weekend but just grilled up some boring Steaks, Burgers and Dog's. Speaking of which...... oh, that reminds me, I've got to get the Propane canisters filled tomorrow!

We just made a meat order with Omaha Steaks. With the warmer weather here, gotta be prepared for grillin'.

Just want to mention this............

Since we are talking about grilling, Take a few ears of fresh corn, throw them directly on top of the grill (no aluminum foil) and grill them 'till the husks are blackened. Peel 'em add some butter and a little salt and enjoy! The inside will NOT burn!

Saves the hassle of boiling them in water and they taste better on the grill.

Corn. Tried every possible combination over coals. Husked, unhusked, silk removed then rehusked. Boiled, soaked, microwaved, ice watered.
Then I hit on keeping it simple. Light coals, strip corn naked then while the coals are still catching drop them on the grate until I hear a pop or two then turn. When finished maybe 1/3 of the kernels look brown or black. Just the sugars have caramelized, nothing's burnt. Sweet as candy.
Take 'em off, finish the cook and if need be put them back on at the end for a quick reheat. If left to the side of the grill they're not good for anything except a visit to the outhouse
