Do you mind letting us know who, where and price of what you had done. I like my polished slide but I'm more of a black gun guy myself. I'm thinking of having my slide only done.

I think that you will enjoy the Mepro Tritium sights. When you open the package, the model number is on the underside of the sight body. You will need that number when you fill out the warranty card. One item that I read about (and tried yesterday at an IDPA indoor event in a completely dark room with only a hand held flashlight) is to black out the rear dots with a magic marker. Then you can concentrate only on the front sight. If you don't like it, then use acetone to remove the magic marker/sharpie ink from the rear dots. It worked for me.

OpticsPlanet is a very good source and I have enjoyed my dealings with them.

I bought a set of Mepro Tritium sights from OpticsPlanet and after careful consideration sent my SWaMPy 9c slide and the sights to Novaks for $50 installation. It took 8 days from shipment arrival at Novaks to FedEx at my door and hence to the range. The sights align as did the old ones. Shoot just a bit low at 15 yards and on at 25 yards. Novak's Products

I was also please with Novaks fiber optic sights installed on a milled slide on my Mk IV Series 70 Government Model, for considerably more money.

Who notes the time and $50 is better than my trying without the proper tools, or investing in a $130 plus shipping sight pusher I might use once.

I did some A/C for a buddy of mine. In return he got me a set of Meprolight Tru-Dot Tritium Night Sights for my Sigma 9. He installed and sited them (this guy is a Glock certified armorer.)

I shot it today in low light at the range. The thing is dead on at 15 yards.

Picture of the install to follow.

Still no pics? Come on....I just ordered my meprolight sights from optics planet yesterday and recieved a email stating they had just ran out....seriously.....***....now gotta wait a extra 5-8 days they say......kick my balls...
