Cap and trade that is. I'm sure most if not all of you have already heard about this but they are trying to get a vote on the Cap and Trade tax today if it hasn't already happened.

they don't have as easy time with it in the senate. house will vote for it due to pelosi and her threats of retribution . if this happens, expect your electric rates to go up a huge amount. those that live in the country might as well start now and order your wind generators before the rush starts.

Yep, it passed the house today but the senate won't vote on it until later this year. Hopefully there are enough Democrats with balls to vote no on it and the republicans stay firm. I know there were a few idiot republicans who voted yes, maybe they will offered a new job at McDonalds when their term come up. Probably not though because we'll be paying their retirement.
