I bought several the last time they had these on sale. They are not the full Armors course but very well done and you will be able to completely disassemble and reassemble what ever firearm you want.
No they will not make you a gunsmith but if you want to know all the parts of your gun, they are great.
I originally got one for Sigs as I wanted to install the SRT trigger kit. Could not have done it with out the DVD. I bought several others.
Yes, you can take your SW revolver apart and not have pieces left over.
Best $10 you can spend.
