Millet sights, question

I would like to put on my 627 Performance Center with a 5" barrel, and 617 with a 4" barrel Millet adjustable sight. The problem is that I kind of confused on which sight to order due to the height call out. Any help will be apprecitaed

In addition to whatever your told here, I would contact Millett by email and get their advice.

I don't know about you, but I would not buy anything from someone who can't or won't help me with their products.
