I have a brand new Milt Sparks VMII right handed for a S&W 386. It is marked 686 on the back but it was mistake. It fits the L frame 386. It also fit my 3 ich K frame but not perfect so it might be good for a 19 or 66 with a 2.5 inch barrel. But it is for the 386. Brand new the holster cost $125.00 plus shipping. I am asking $75.00 plus $5 shipping. Thanks
