Mind my own business?

Most of the time I would not say anything. Depends on the situation.

IF necessary to prevent possible trouble for a fellow freedom loving American I may politely mention "your showing" in passing.

This is one of the main reasons I pocket carry.

If I was a bad guy, and I wanted a gun, I would body block someone from behind and take theirs. Pushing someone real hard is a karate technique. Don't think someone couldn't do it to you. I don't want to make the news.

But I digress. My bad.

I see things that raise my eyebrows all the time. This was at a social function a few years back. The gent was dining with his wife & 3 small children. I just drive on.

I had a similar situation w/a repairman in my home. He'd gone out to his truck & I noticed his gun sticking out under his shirt as he stooped over. Walked over and asked him (since he was close to my family & we don't know one another) to pls leave the weapon in the truck (I was armed too). He thanked me for not telling his boss, left the gun in a locked truck & finished the job.

See someone open carry or concealed weapon not concealed properly?

I'd internally thank him for volunteering to be "first". Without guys like that, guys like me wouldn't have as good a chance. Besides that, I spent over 25 years trying to control other people's behavior, it didn't work.
