I've only had my used M&P9 for a month now, and have put over 500 rounds through it without any issues. I cleaned my mags for the first time last week after a session at the range.
Today I had 3 rounds fail to fire and 2 jams. The second jam (live round) was my last round of the day. The round was so stuck that I needed assistance from the range to clear it. I was using WB Winchester 115 gr. ammo. It's what I shoot most often. I shot 54 rounds in all.
Did I do something to the mags when I cleaned them?(I took both apart to clean.)
And to make it more confusing, I changed my grip today to try to correct a regular low and to the right issue. I reduced my grip a bit to see if it would affect my accuracy. It improved slightly by doing so.
So, I'm not sure if it's the magazines, the firearm, or possibly me loosening my grip a bit.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.
