Missing adapter plate.

I bought 4 S&W M&P 2.0 pistols over the last 6 weeks or so. I just started mounting optics on them today. Out of the 4 adapter plate & screw kits (S&W #311897) I got extra type3, type5 and type7 plates but I'm missing a type1 plate (got 3 out of 4) which is the one I need. I messaged S&W support (general inquiry). Has anyone else experienced this ?

Not quite the same thing, but when I bought my last 2.0 back in 2/25, my #5 plate seemed to have oversized or damaged studs. I called and they sent me a replacement plate right away. Give them a call.
