Here's the deal. Back on September 23rd I ordered an item off the internet. Not gun related. I didn't know the company. Never did business with them before. But they had what I wanted at the best price. Credit card charge went through right after ordering.
Six weeks now and it has not arrived. Not even a shipping notification e-mail. About 10 days ago I sent them an e-mail. No response. Tried again today, e-mail didn't go through. Tried calling them, call didn't go through.
Who do I need to contact to file a complaint and try to get my money back? Credit card company? Consumer Protection? Police? Feds?
Its only $50, but still I don't like being cheated.
