mod 19 info

my mod 19 is blued no box or papers i got it with packmyer grips .is a good shooter ,has had a little surface rust with a small amount of cyl wear ,says 4k43632 446524
it appears to be 3 screw pinned barrl,can any one tell me date made any extra info i would say 85 percent gun ,and value i have 250.00 in it
