Hmmm... according to something I read elsewhere, I would rather say closer to 1970 (even the end of 1969)... The very first serial "N" number was 1 and the first of 1973 was a N100,000. Even if the production had been linear (which I doubt), 13,000 would not indicate a 1971 production SN... Am I wrong ?

The first "N" was actually produced in 1970, thus my conclusion. Hey, perhaps I'm wrong?

Well, I dunno... The SCSW (3rd edition) says :

- N1 : 1969-1972
- N100,000 : 1973
- N200,000 : 1974-1977...
