Hello, I recently purchased a model 10-5 to complement my 1905 1st change (circa 1907). I requested background from S&W that's taking forever. The serial # 9D47xxx and I was wondering if someone out there can at least tell me when this gun was made? It's in great shape and shoots well. Any info would be appreciated.
