Model 10-6 rough birthdate please

Have my eyes on a 10-6 at LGS that is in really clean shape. Serial #D758245 if someone could give me an idea on the birthdate? Also wild guess on a value?

$600 - $700 around here IF.....IF.... those are original grips and serial number to the gun. Knock $150-$100 off if they don't. Tag says "with holster" so if the holster is a good brand name (Heiser, Lawerance, S&W, etc.) maybe the $600 to $700. Assuming of course everything works mechanically, no shaken no push-off, no end play, etc.

Just a guestimate for sure based on what I see around here in Central VA.

I think a clean taper barreled model would bring a bit more money. I'd say $450 is a fair price for the 10-6 pictured.

$450-$550 IMO. Good cosmetic shape and original stocks, but no box or papers. The Model 10 is one of the best, but most common, thirty-eight service guns out there.

Based on your pics it looks pretty darn nice! I would try to get in to it for around $600. That being said, have bought used 10's as low as $269. As we all know the times have changed. Bob
