Model 1000 shotgun pressure compensator

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I can't find them anywhere. The plastic on mine is gone and I need a new one. (The S&W Model 1000 is also the Mossberg 1000).

Thanks for the reference. I'm going to buy some rubber or plastic washers at the hardware store and see if I can fit them into the pressure compensator to fix it. Tub caulk might also work. If that doesn't work, I'll order a new one.
