i have found 2 model 10s for $175 each.some blue wear but not bad.well i guess i aint gettin my rifle this week but instead a model 10.they are standard barrel.I told myself if ssn is a C prefix ill buy if not ill pass.

one is a 1962 and one is 1968. so looks like ill get the 1962 one.man I hate model 10s

well i got the 1962 model 10 today and my friend got the other one.he told me sn wrong it was 2D so it is a 1978.but look nice not much blue wear on his. mine looks like it may have been reblued.they came from a security guard company.

That is what got me started on the model 10. I found a couple of cheap ones from a security company and bought them. After I cleaned them up and shot them it was all over with. I was hooked.

I paid $175(U.S.) for my circa 1966/1967 Model 10-5 a few years back. Other than some loss of bluing, it is a decent revolver. Very grateful to have that revolver, real fun to shoot, wish I got to shoot it more LOL.
