My new to me model 12 -2 2in just showed up in the mail today. should be out on boxing day w/ it. Can anyone date it for me? The ser num starts w/ a D514. I was going to try 158gr SWD on 3.3 gr of Titegroup for a practice load. Try to0 keep it the same as my mod 66. I paid $200 canadian for it.

Many of the folks who will date a weapon for you really want to see a pic. I learned that myself recently. Good luck.

Not sure what wou mean about "starts with D514. If it has less than 6 digits, 1968
or, D514XXX, which would be 1973.

$200 Canadian? Amazing price.
