Bianchi X-15 vertical shoulder rig. Know they are available for a 6-inch K frame. Years ago also came in 4-inch. Don't know if they still do but worth checking. Also, if used will do you might find something on the classified section of this forum. Good hunting.

I don't have a recommendation, as I have not found a shoulder holster that fits my height yet, for the couple that I have tried on at local gun shops. For now I use a an old Roy's Leather Goods thumb snap hip holster when I carry my 13-1 4".

Any holster that well fit a Md 10 four inch well also fit your Md 13. There are a ton out there and you should not have any trouble finding one you like. David
