Model 14-3 Year of Manufacture

A good friend has a well-used, but still a lot of life left in it, Model 14-3 for sale. Target trigger and hammer, 6" barrel, buttery smooth action. Serial # is 3K32107. I am trying to determine the year of manufacture to see if I can use my C&R FFL to purchase this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Would be major bonus points if she was made in 1973, when I was born.

My 14-3 was shipped in 1977. One of my great deals and a great shooter! Plenty accurate. Was loading wad cutters that were awesome. Bob
