Model 18-4

I have a few questions about a model 18-4 that I purchased recently I am hoping to get some help with. Although I have owned a number of K22's over the years this is my first 4" K22 (essentially) and was wondering if anyone knew the approximate number manufactured and the age and relative value. The S/N is 32K06XX. Any and all info is appreciated.

No idea how many were made but the Catalog dates it to 1978.
The .22 Combat Masterpiece is a great revolver. Lots of fun to shoot.

Thanks although I have been a fan of S&W for 50 years it is the first one I have run across, am hoping to get it to the range next week. The gun is nearly flawless with one small area near the end of the bbl on one side that shows a little wear.

Probably manufactured in 1979.

If you like the K-22 Masterpiece, you will like this gun as well. As P&R Fan wrote, these are "great revolvers."
