The yoke to frame gap when viewed from the front when the cylinder is first closed is hairline. A .002" feeler gauge is hard to slide in. If I gently press the cylinder to the right (facing the front of the gun) a gap opens up and when I take pressure off the cylinder the gap will close slightly but remain there at .005-.006"". I should note that this is being checked with the gun in lock up cocked hammer down with trigger held to the rear. Also when viewed from the front as the trigger is pulled the slight gap of .004" will appear.
The gun has only been fired a handful of times (I put 250 round through it) and is is excellent condition. I have never slammed the cylinder shut or cowboyed it, however I did purchase the gun used. It shoots great with no spitting or shaving bullets or build up on the forcing cone.
Is there anything here I should be concerned about or I am I just being too critical? (those are snap caps seen in the pic)
