Model 19 shopping

I stopped at a local shop today to look at a model 19-4 that's for sale. The details of it are as follows:
pinned barrel and recessed cylinder
factory nickel
4 inch barrel
wood factory grips
The nickel finish is probably about 85%, the cylinder is tight, rifling excellent but there is a small burn cut in the strap above the cylinder face. The owner wants $375. What do you guys say...is it a reasonable price/

But first inspect the forcing cone carefully at the bottom for a crack. If it is, then pass since a new barrel is almost impossible to obtain.
