Model 24 grips

When I bought this it came with some panel grips instead of the original Combat stocks. They are fancy but I don't really care for them. I think they
Are Collins buckeye burl. Anyhow I'm looking for some new grips and want
to get some opinions. Ideally I find some factory combats but those are pricey. There are aftermarket combats and also some panel type grips from Altamont. I have medium hands and want to keep it round butt. Ideas and pictures?

I recommend Ahrends. They are smaller and fit RB and should fit a medium size hand grip.

What kind of wood do you prefer and do you want fingergrooves or not. How bout texture, smooth, checkered.

Look at a VZ Round butt N frame grip before you buy. I've had several of Mr. Collins grips and they are top drawer in quality, but style in handgun grips goes a long ways. I use VZs on K,L and N grips and love them.

VZ grips in G10 N frame either square or round butt. Either textured or smooth and different colors. These are on my 624 44Spl square butt. This gun and I are headed for the Selway wilderness area tomorrow morning.

These Ahrend's Retro Bananas are perfect for my larger hands. I am not a fan of finger grooves. These are on my 657 but I also have them on my Horton 624 but do not have a photo.

Thanks for the feedback. I definitely want wood grips. I'm not sure how much I will be shooting it though. I almost was thinking something like magnas and a t grip. The retro bananas look good but may be too big.
I like finger groove combats but I'm not sure which of the aftermarket ones fit me. I may try on my k-frame combats just to get a feel for them.

Magna's and the Tyler-T grip combo is the ****! I have big ol' mitts... as my screen name suggest. And this combo makes for the very best grip combo and control-ability I've found yet on any handgun... my slim grip(s) profiled CZ's and 1911 included. Best yet, I give up zero concealability in the printing compartment when wearing this "J" frame either in my pocket or on my hip. This combo offers a positive grab purchase. It's like having your cake and eating it too and is one of the few instances in life where there isn't a trade off for comfort and conceal-ability. YMMV...

All these grips pictured below are great... But none of them compare to the Magna's/Tyler-T combo grip purchase, comfort under recoil, and the slim conceal-ability offered by the aforementioned!
