I have a nickel Model 24 that I think was a re-issue heritage series. Cleaning out the storage area after buy another 44 Special and when I bought ammo for it at $56 for a box of Blazer I knew it was time to pass it on to a rich shooter or collector. In the box, never fired, never turned over bought as an investment..

Wonder what a going price would be for such a revolver. I am in CA so probably more out here but will be willing to ship elsewhere.

Thanks for your time and effort.

I'd say about $400.00 tops.

Perhaps my judgement is influenced by being in SF, reloading for the 44 Special and liking N frames ..... ;)

It's definitely worth more in CA, but additional info would be helpful - barrel length, original grips, no lock or MIM, square butt or round, which "dash"?

I'm seeing a couple on "non-heritage" nickel 24s listed in the SCSW.

I think in CA you'd have to figure about $800.00 for a starting point, easy. I picked up a 3" blued about 2 months back, no box but it did have the factory combat stocks, for $650.00. Which I thought was a pretty good deal.

If you're selling through a LGS keep in mind they tend to take about 20%.
