I have a 6 1/2" Model 25-2 (N3395XX), a blued 6 1/2" 29-2 (N680XX), and a 6 1/2" nickel 29-2 (S2537XX) that I'm considering selling. All are in excellent shape (The nickel 29 has a small chip out of one of the grips just above the checkering) and have the appropriate presentation cases. I'm trying to get an idea about what these might be worth. I'm in California and there is a limit to the number of private sales you can do yearly (I'm pretty sure I'm at the limit), so I thought I'd try to get an idea what these would go for in the real world. Here are some ****** pics. Thanks.

Check Gunbroker prices and go to True Value to see what sold recently.
From what I’ve seen on GB last six months, in that condition, Looks about right… maybe a little lower on GB but not much.

Those are some beauties, it's a shame you have to sell them but some folks will certainly appreciate acquiring them. To me, the gem of this group is the nickel 6-1/2" 29-2 (ca. 1965) and is probably worth close to $2K. The blued 29-2 (ca. 1971) is in the $1800 range, and the 25-2 (ca. 1975) is probably around $1500. You may get your best return by advertising your revolvers here on the Forum.

If you don't NEED to sell them right now, I would hold onto them, as prices seem to have softened quite a bit in the past year.

Great revolvers in great shape. Good luck in your sales and I think you will get your best dollar here.

Thank you for sharing.
