I have a fondness for the ACP revolvers. I use different ones for EDC, Target and hunting. (Not sure why folks think the ACP can not be used for hunting? A 260 grain bullet at 900 fps penetrates a lot of animal.)
I would suggest you look for an ACP revolver, the variation would be your choice. I use 4” barreled ones for EDC. The 6.5” ones are my target revolvers, sometimes hunting. I have quite a few 5.5” ones that I have used for hunting, Target and edc.
All have performed admirably.
A few of mine.
(The nickeled revolver, upper left, is neither an ACP, nor an N frame, got photobombed by a Model 10-6!)
