Model 27-2 Frame Markings

I just purchased a Model 27-2 3.5" serial# N168XXX. The grips are numbered to the gun. Under the grips, stamped on the left side of the frame, are the following marks:
E5
E8
1
G13 (Also stamped on the crane)
Right side are as follows:
A triangle with the letter U inside.
A circle with the letter T inside.
Is there any significance to these marks? Thanks for your help!

No, those are fitters and inspectors stamps and have no meaning once it leaves the factory,

Some of the real serious collectors (ie Doc44) can translate some or all of those markings as they do have meanings but to the rest of us peons they are not really important.
