Model 27-2 Nickle

I have a chance to purchase a Moel 27-2 in Nickle with an eight and three eights inch barrel. The price is a little over $500.00 OTD. It's wearing rubber grips for now and the finish is a strong 98%. Is the price reasonable? I know the longer barrels aren't as desirable, but the price seems right. Opinions?

Even without the box....I'd probably drop $500 on it (just cause it fills a hole in my collection).

Sounds about right these days. The long 27s are great shooters and don't feel muzzle heavy due to the tapered barrel.
