Met someone with several S&Ws. Asked me to research prices.

Model 28-1, 17-3, 61-3, 586. All Very good to Ex.

To date there has been no known 28-1's. Better check again and get back to us.

After tax, I paid $650 for this six inch 17-3.

Until we know if it's really a 28-1 - DON'T TELL GIZ! He'll have heart palpitations.

Ray,
You have no idea what you just started. If it really is a 28-1, it is rarer than a winning lottery ticket.

Agree, check if it is really a 28-1.

17-3, about $500-600 in today's market, .22 revolvers have been expensive.

61-3, about $250-300. .22 semiautos, not so pricey.

586, depending on barrel length and other factors, about $500.
