Model 28-2

I recently picked up a 6" Highway Patrolman. It came with the original blue box numbered to the gun, and a selection of paerwork, cards, etc.

The instruction manual was for a model 27. The seller never had a model 27, and insisted this manual came with it. Was it a common thing for the manuals to be used interchangably?

I dont think so. It may have been an accident at the factory...what vintage is your 28? I may have a manual for it.

The Models 27 and 28 are bacially the same. The only difference between the 2 Models is the finish. The 27 manuel should also work for the 28. The 27 is the swan while the 28 is the ugly duckling.
