Any info will be appreciated.

That is a beauty.
Confirming it's a 5" barrel is important towards more accurate identification. It looks like a 5" barrel and you say it's a 5" barrel so I'll assume it really is a 5" barrel.

I am going to guess it is product code 101249. Made 1989. Manufactured for Hill County a gun distributor. 500 Manufactured. ANIB value per SCSW $1500.
